The challenge

What was holding the operation back

At a business matchmaking event each company has dozens of short meetings, the venue's connection fails and contact details end up on cards and scattered notes.

The solution

What we built

An app with a meeting schedule, a QR code per meeting and a QR and business-card scanner to capture the contact in seconds.
It works offline: it stores everything on the phone and syncs when the connection is back.
When each meeting ends, AI generates the conclusion and next steps for sales follow-up.
