What was holding the operation back
Thousands of visitors to the congress of Popayán, a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, ask the same questions across many channels: times, venues, how to register and where to stay.

What we built
- An assistant that only answers from the official program and updates every 15 minutes from the event website, so it never makes up information.
- If the visitor asks, it connects them with a human advisor on WhatsApp.
