The solution
What we built
- An installable app (PWA) that queries SECOP II in real time via datos.gov.co and the calls from Fondo Emprender, MinCiencias, iNNpulsa and SENA.
- Each opportunity gets a relevance score based on the company's profile and arrives as a push notification.
