What was holding the operation back
Campaigns for mayor, governor, city and provincial councils decide on intuition: public information exists but is scattered, and what happens on the ground doesn't reach the strategy team in time.
What we built
- An ecosystem with an AI strategic advisor, the Oracle, that reasons with the territory's public information and the government program.
- Volunteers report from the field via WhatsApp or Telegram, and that information feeds a georeferenced CRM.
- Personal data is handled under Colombia's Habeas Data law (Ley 1581), with encryption and traceability.
